Please only apply if this location is accessible to you.Company will not sponsor visas for this position.The Associate Director, Radioligand Therapies (RLT) Access & Reimbursement (ADAR) serves as a trusted partner to healthcare organizations, providing expert guidance and education on patient access, coverage, reimbursement, and related operational processes to help support successful patient outcomes. This role works closely with complex healthcare systems and provider organizations to identify barriers, solve challenges, and develop practical solutions that improve access to treatment. As the lead resource for access and reimbursement strategy within assigned accounts, the Associate Director collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience and drive implementation of support programs. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and project management skills, along with a commitment to integrity, collaboration, and customer focus.
