Associate Director, Offering Management (Public Cloud)

· Own intake of emerging market, country, customer and field requirements; identify repeatable patterns and translate demand signals into portfolio priorities. · Act as the Design Authority orchestrator, aligning sales, tech sales, delivery, partners, architecture and portfolio teams around market relevance, roadmap choices, ownership and investment needs. · Shape Public Cloud strategy by identifying customer patterns, market shifts, whitespace, differentiation opportunities and capability gaps that should influence the roadmap. · Create the initial offering POV and MVP definition, including scope, assumptions, dependencies, timeline, required capabilities, investment considerations and success measures. · Assess portfolio fit and recommend whether demand is addressed through an existing offering, enhancement, reusable asset, partner capability or new initiative; build the supporting strategic and commercial rationale. · Orchestrate a structured handoff for detailed offering development, collateral creation, launch readiness, enablement and cross-practice integration while preserving design intent. · Stay engaged through pilots and early adoption; harvest customer, delivery and market learning into offering evolution, roadmap priorities and reusable IP. · Use AI and Agentic AI to accelerate research, synthesis, pattern identification and decision support where appropriate

This role provides a unique opportunity to help shape the future of Kyndryl's Cloud portfolio. You will work at the intersection of market strategy, customer needs, hyper scaler innovation, Agentic AI and delivery, influencing which opportunities Kyndryl pursues and how they become differentiated, scalable offerings. You will deepen your expertise across cloud platforms and emerging technologies while gaining broad exposure to Kyndryl's global markets, partners, architecture, engineering and delivery ecosystem.

You are a strategic thinker and orchestrator who can turn ambiguous market and customer signals into clear priorities and executable offering concepts. You combine strong Public Cloud and managed-services knowledge, Agentic AI Proficiency to accelerate research, decision support and offering design while identifying opportunities to embed AI into differentiated customer solutions.

10+ years of experience across Public cloud or infrastructure platforms, with experience in one or more of the below · Offering management/Portfolio/Product strategy/consulting/solution architecture/ Engineering · Strong working knowledge/experience on at least one hyperscaler (Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud), with ability to operate across multi-cloud environments, and the strategic perspective to interpret how platform shifts affect Kyndryl's portfolio. · Relevant Hyper scaler, AI / Agentic AI or architecture certifications. · Ability to translate customer and market signals into portfolio priorities, concise executive POVs, MVP requirements, roadmap recommendations and decision-ready business rationale. · Proven ability to orchestrate outcomes across Multiple stakeholders · Strong understanding of cloud and managed-services operating models, including cloud adoption, migration/modernization, cloud-native platforms, operations, automation & Finops · Commercial awareness of cloud consumption, licensing, marketplace motions, pricing hypotheses, investment needs and delivery feasibility. · Agentic AI proficiency: hands-on use of AI assistants and agentic workflows for research, competitive analysis, requirement synthesis, scenario development, decision support and initial POV creation.

· Experience translating Public cloud roadmaps and partner capabilities into customer-relevant managed service or transformation patterns, including build / partner / integrate choices. · Understanding of sovereignty, regulatory, security, data residency and disconnected/regulated cloud requirements. · Experience engaging cloud architects, engineering leaders, AI specialists, partner teams, delivery teams and client technology executives.
