WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Drive Financial Targets: Take accountability for actions that ensure your unit reaches its seasonal financial targets and KPIs.
• Support your team in operational matters by creating, maintaining, sending, and cancelling orders, ensuring the end-to-end process runs smoothly
• Ability to drive and take gradual ownership for your first Commodity Groups.
• Preparation of product-based analysis for trading decisions and proposals for the assortment selection as well as line plans of your unit. Furthermore, gradually joining strategic and trading meetings independently
• First contact person for our suppliers, next to our buyers, supporting in the set up and allowing smooth workflow
• Work closely with our design, product and planning team in order to ensure that our products are available for purchase
• You support the team with marketing and trend topics, therefore contributing to the creative and commercial strategy of the business unit.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Constant exchange with other departments like KAM, PLM, Logistics, Content/Photo Production, and Marketing to ensure we act in line with the whole organization

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Management or an education in a similar area
• You have a basic knowledge and first experience (+- 1 year) in Buying or Merchandising on an assistant level and passion and interest for world of e-commerce
• Thriving in fast-paced environments, embracing collaboration and acting proactively. Organising your workload efficiently, ensuring tasks are ready on time, are accurate and prioritised accordingly
• Knowledge in MS Office, Google Tools and combining the passion for numbers with fashion. Moreover, you have a strong understanding for trends and products, especially at European-market level
