APJ Executive Production & Multimedia Specialist
Bring ideas to life. Help our leaders communicate with impact.
We're looking for an APJ Executive Production & Multimedia Specialist
Executive and live-event production
- Support the planning and delivery of APJ town halls, leadership forums, executive broadcasts and selected sales events.
- Coordinate run sheets, rehearsals, presenter preparation, presentation materials, AV checks and recordings.
- Provide hands-on technical support during live events, responding calmly and confidently when plans change or issues arise.
Video and multimedia production
- Film, record, edit and produce executive, employee, sales and customer-facing video content.
- Manage post-production, including sound, graphics, captions, voice-over, editing and final quality checks.
- Develop reusable multimedia assets and adapt content for different audiences and communication channels.
Onsite production and technical delivery
- Set up and test production environments, including cameras, microphones, lighting, meeting rooms and presentation equipment.
- Support onsite filming, executive recordings, customer engagements and priority regional events.
- Maintain equipment, document processes and help ensure production activities run smoothly and consistently.
Innovation and continuous improvement
- Explore practical ways to use AI and emerging tools to improve editing, captions, voice-over, localisation and production workflows.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve quality and make content more accessible.
- Share knowledge, develop reusable templates and help build a more efficient and consistent production capability across the region.
You'll ideally bring
- Experience in live-event production, video, multimedia, broadcasting or a related creative or technical environment.
- Working knowledge of cameras, audio, lighting, recording, editing and presentation technology.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under time pressure.
- Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, including senior executives, presenters and cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, service-oriented approach and the ability to take ownership from the initial brief through to final delivery.
- An interest in AI and emerging technologies, with an open mind about how they can enhance production quality, creativity and efficiency.
Just as importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, is comfortable adapting to changing requirements and takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Experience in a large, global or matrixed organisation would be valuable, but we're open to candidates who can demonstrate the right capability and a willingness to learn.
