The Team You’ll Be A Part Of

Join our Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) IP team, working on One-Time Programmable (OTP) and Multi-Time Programmable (MTP) memory IPs and chips.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist in designing analog blocks for NVM IPs, including charge pumps, high-voltage switches, sense amplifiers, and bandgap references.
  • Run SPICE simulations to verify circuit performance across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) corners and Monte Carlo mismatches.
  • Develop your understanding of NVM operations and the physics and constraints of OTP and MTP memory architectures.
  • Work alongside senior designers to support analog circuit design, simulation, and verification activities.
  • Use AI tools to support analog design, simulation analysis, and technical documentation.

What You’ll Need

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a closely related field.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of CMOS technology, MOSFET device physics, and basic analog building blocks.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsys Custom Compiler.
  • Ability to work with AI tools to support analog design, simulation analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good technical documentation and communication skills.
