Analog Design Engineer

• involve in analog design and mixed signal IP design, especially the design of high-speed SerDes
• Work with a cross functional design team of analog and digital designers from a wide variety of backgrounds
• Design innovative analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits based on leading edge technology
• Design, implement, verify and debug mix-signal circuits
• Work with layout engineer on floor plan and layout improvement

• major in Microelectronics, Telecommunication, automatic control and electronics related fields
• Solid understanding on circuit analysis, verification and IC design technology
• Experience with tools for schematic entry, IC layout and SPICE simulation
• Mix-signal design experience in one or more of the following fields: Bandgap / regulator / comparator/ OPA / PLL / OSC / SerDes
• Good English communication

• More than two years of work experience in Mix-signal circuit design
• Silicon debug experience
• Experience with Verilog-A
