AI & Analytics Adoption Lead

We are seeking an energetic, analytical, and highly structured AI Adoption Lead to join our AI & Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the practical integration of AI across the Airbus Defence and Space enterprise. Rather than simply managing tool delivery and operations/service, your focus is on ensuring our AI capabilities are actually proactively utilized, mastered, and integrated into the core workflows of our business units. You will act as the vital link between our technical capabilities and our business value, ensuring that our internal AI platforms deliver measurable impact and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise-Wide AI Adoption Strategy:

Formulate, scale, and own the change management and adoption roadmap for internal AI services, aligning technological capabilities with practical business operational models. •

: Devise and partner with stakeholders (e.g. digital academies, change leads) for creating tailored education pathways, workshops, and user feedback loops. Establish and nurture active AI advocate networks across the Airbus Defence and Space ecosystem to democratize best practices.
