About the role

We are looking for a mid-level accountant to strengthen our client's Group Finance team during December and January in the preparation of the Group Annual Report. The assignment is short and intensive, with a clear focus on reviewing and consolidating financial data from the group's local entities.

The role

You will join the client's Group Finance team during the most demanding reporting period of the year. Your task is to ensure that the financial data reported by local entities is complete and accurate, and that it is consolidated on time for the Group Annual Report. The role involves close contact with finance and accounting teams across several markets.

Key responsibilities

You will review financial data submitted by local entities and assess its completeness and accuracy. When information is missing, unclear or inconsistent, you follow up with the local accounting and finance teams. You support the collection, validation and reconciliation of reported data, consolidate the information into group-level reporting structures and help prepare the consolidated financial data for the Group Annual Report. You also maintain documentation and make sure reporting deadlines are met.

We are looking for someone who

has experience in accounting, financial reporting or financial analysis, and a good understanding of financial statements and reporting processes. You are detail-oriented and analytical, and comfortable working in Excel and financial reporting tools. You coordinate easily with multiple stakeholders across different markets and make sure you get the answers you need on time. Experience with group consolidation or annual reporting processes is a plus, as is familiarity with IFRS and multinational reporting environments.

About the assignment

For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta. We offer our consultants a generous package including healthcare allowance, insurance policy, paid vacation days and pension savings. In addition, you'll also have a dedicated consultant manager available throughout your employment with us, in addition to optional networking activities with our network of consultants. The assignment is full-time and for a period of 2 months, from 1 December 2026 to 31 January 2027. The work is performed on site at the client's office in Stockholm, with no possibility of remote work. Candidates are reviewed and interviewed on an ongoing basis, so we recommend applying as soon as possible.
