What you'll do

• Collect and clean datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Communicate findings through clear visualizations and written summaries for non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in the optimization of data collection processes and internal documentation.

What we're looking for

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Foundational proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Basic experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
• Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment across different time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning concepts.
• Prior experience using Git for version control.
