AI Video Editor

Kreative Media is hiring an AI Video Editor to produce scroll-stopping video ads for brands in India and abroad. You will blend traditional editing with generative AI tools to ship many ad variations a week, on brand and ready to test.

Location: Remote (open to candidates in India and worldwide). Company HQ: New Delhi, India. Employment type: Full-time (contract-to-hire possible)

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video ads (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, Meta/YouTube ads) with strong hooks, pacing, captions and sound
• Generate AI footage, B-roll, avatars and voiceovers with Kling, Seedance, Runway, Veo, HeyGen, ElevenLabs and Midjourney
• Produce several hook and format variations per brief for A/B testing
• Do brand-polish passes: colour, motion, typography and copy alignment
• Keep prompt libraries and project files organised so the team can reuse what works
• Work with the creative lead on briefs and act on performance feedback

Requirements

• 2+ years of video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or CapCut)
• Hands-on work with AI video, image and voice tools; a portfolio showing AI-generated ad work is required
• A strong eye for ad structure: hook, proof, CTA
• Good written English and reliable remote communication
• Can deliver to deadlines (typical turnaround is 48 hours)

Nice to have

• Motion graphics or 3D skills
• UGC-style ad experience for D2C or SaaS brands
• Basic prompt-engineering or ComfyUI workflows

Salary

• India: ₹30,000 - ₹70,000 per month (INR), based on experience
• Global/US remote: US$3,500 - US$6,000 per month, based on experience and location

(Benchmarks: India AI video editor postings on Glassdoor list ₹20k-₹40k/month; Glassdoor US Video Editor median is about $85k/yr. Senior AI-native editors are paid more.)
