AI Automation Expert (n8n / Make / Zapier / AI Agents)

Kreative Media is hiring an AI Automation Expert to build the workflows behind our AI creative pipeline and client operations. You will design n8n, Make and Zapier automations and AI agents that turn a brief into production-ready creative faster.

Location: Remote (open to candidates in India and worldwide). Company HQ: New Delhi, India. Employment type: Full-time (contract-to-hire possible)

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain automations in n8n (including self-hosted), Make and Zapier
• Build AI agents and LLM workflows with OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini APIs: brief parsing, prompt generation, scoring and reporting
• Connect creative tools (Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs and others) and business apps (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, CRMs, Meta Ads) through APIs and webhooks
• Automate client onboarding, asset delivery and performance reporting
• Document workflows, monitor failures and keep costs under control
• Scope automation projects for clients with the CEO and the creative team

Requirements

• 2+ years building production automations in n8n, Make or Zapier
• Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and JavaScript or Python
• Experience building LLM or AI-agent workflows (tool calling, RAG or similar)
• Can map a business process before automating it
• Clear written English and dependable remote collaboration

Nice to have

• Docker or VPS self-hosting
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Supabase)
• Experience with ad-platform APIs (Meta, Google Ads)

Salary

• India: ₹60,000 - ₹125,000 per month (INR), based on experience
• Global/US remote: US$7,000 - US$11,000 per month, based on experience and location

(Benchmarks: AmbitionBox lists AI Automation Engineer pay at about ₹6.3-8.7 LPA, and India market guides cite ₹10-15 LPA; Glassdoor US AI Automation Engineer pay is $107k-$165k/yr (median $132k).)
