Louis Baxter

I am an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a BA in History and International Relations and a professional background spanning education, recruitment and television production. Having successfully built an education recruitment desk from scratch, I am now looking to move into a more specialist, relationship-focused role where I can combine my commercial experience with my passion for academia, research and publishing. I am particularly interested in joining a collaborative, supportive team where I can develop long-term client relationships, continue learning and make a meaningful contribution.
