How free talent search works

Open the candidate search view, filter by skill (TypeScript, SQL, Figma, accountant, RN, etc.), seniority (intern to executive), location (city, region, remote-friendly), and last-active date (this week, this month, last 90 days). The results are full Connecting Odds profiles, not stripped-down resume snippets. You see the candidate's experience, education, certifications, recent posts, connections, and a public URL you can share with your hiring manager.

Why last-active is the most underrated filter

The biggest problem with resume-database sourcing on Indeed and Monster is that most resumes are stale — people upload once and forget. Our last-active filter shows you candidates who logged in this week, this month, or in the last 90 days, so you reach people who are actually checking their inbox. Combined with the chronological feed, you can also see who's been posting about their work recently — a stronger signal than any keyword match.
