Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions across
Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Flow
.
- Build and optimize
Deluge scripts
to automate business processes and enhance data consistency.
- Integrate Zoho apps with third-party systems using
APIs, webhooks, and custom functions
.
- Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, and workflows to match business requirements.
- Develop dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation of system architecture, scripts, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications or automations.
- Collaborate with teams across departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Requirements Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a
Zoho Developer, Zoho Admin, or Zoho Consultant
.
- Strong proficiency in
Deluge scripting
and Zoho's
custom function framework
.
- In-depth knowledge of
Zoho CRM
,
Zoho Creator
, and
Zoho Flow
.
- Experience with
Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics
, or other Zoho One apps is a strong plus.
- Understanding of
REST APIs
,
JSON/XML
, and
webhook architecture
.
- Ability to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in
Zoho Creator Developer

Zoho CRM Administrator

- Experience working in
ERP or logistics

distribution
environments.
- Familiarity with
