Vice President, Program Management

As the VP, Program Management and Delivery, you will lead Asset Management Technology's most strategic programs and portfolios, driving alignment between business priorities, technology investments, and delivery outcomes. You will partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, finance, and business teams to oversee execution, manage risk and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced technology leader with a record of delivering large-scale transformation programs in complex organizations. They bring strong program management expertise, executive presence, and the ability to influence stakeholders, lead teams, and drive measurable business results.

Asset Management Technology's TSG organization is responsible for defining and maintaining the AMT strategy, driving effective program management and delivery practices, operations, and managing both discretionary and non-discretionary Enterprise Technology-driven initiatives within AMT. This role is a key connector across Asset Management Technology, ensuring strategic alignment, clear communication, effective execution governance, and informed prioritization. Fidelity's Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles. The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$264,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
