We are looking for a Food qualified Trading Standards Officer to conduct a programme of food inspections for our eastern England local authority client. The contract can be completed on aa ad hoc, part time or full-time basis The client would prefer a Trading Standards Officer, but would also consider an Environmental Health Officer with a background in food work Main Duties / Responsibilities Enf
