What does a successful Production Control Analyst do at Fiserv?

A successful Production Control Analyst at Fiserv creates, tests, and implements job control code and processing schedules across a multi-vendor platform environment that includes Unisys and IBM systems. This role helps ensure daily processing accuracy and integrity by preventing, identifying, investigating, and resolving processing issues in a timely manner. The Production Control Analyst works closely with team members and partner departments to meet client needs and support business unit operations.

What you will do?

  • Create, test, and implement job control code in alignment with change control practices.
  • Process incoming requests using WFL, CL, and AJS job control languages.
  • Support research and resolution for production and processing issues.
  • Deliver accurate job code on time to meet established deadlines.
  • Collaborate effectively within the Business Unit Operations Team and with partner departments to support client needs.

What you must have?

  • 5+ years of experience in data processing with an emphasis on computer operations, basic programming logic, or job scheduling.
  • Experience working with 3 job control languages: WFL, CL, and AJS.
  • Ability to support processing across 2 platform environments: Unisys and IBM.
  • 1 foundational level of communication skill in written and verbal English.

What would be nice to have?

  • 2-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with IBM AJS/CL jobs and Unisys computer operations and WFL jobs.
  • 1+ year of experience with Premier Software.

Salary Range

$90,000.00 - $144,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
