What will you do
- Support talent acquisition by coordinating candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records
- Support talent acquisition by conducting initial interviews for external candidates.
- Support intern recruitment for different business units
What qualifications will make you successful
- Must be enrolled in a university or college;
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Rosario, Cavite.
- Good English communication skills both written and oral.
- Strong organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Comfort with technology and willingness to quickly adapt to new tools and systems
- Professional communication skills and genuine interest in creating positive employee experiences
