🎯 You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have
- Around
3 years of recruitment experience
, with strong hands on sourcing experience and a track record of looking beyond the obvious channels.
- Experience recruiting
niche, specialist, or hard to find profiles
, beyond standard SaaS or tech roles. When there's no obvious talent pool, you know how to map the market and build a search strategy from scratch.
- A genuine
hunter mindset
. You enjoy research, outreach, experimentation, and the challenge of finding someone who isn't sitting in every recruiter's LinkedIn search.
- Strong judgment and curiosity. You ask the questions needed to really understand a role rather than simply working from a job description.
- A
direct and transparent communication style
. You give candidates and hiring managers the real picture, including when it isn't necessarily what they want to hear.
- A strong sense of
ownership
. You manage your searches proactively, keep things moving, and don't wait to be told what comes next.
- The ability to work autonomously and stay organized in a
fast moving scale up environment
We’d love to hear from you.
