SURFACE MAINTENANCE MECHANIC SUPERVISOR (TEMP) (TITLE 32)

This National Guard position is for a SURFACE MAINTENANCE MECHANIC SUPERVISOR (TEMP) (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D1290000 and is part of FMS 6 located in Saint George, UT, with the Utah Army National Guard. Priority will be given to all current, onboard employees of UTARNG. The selecting supervisor for this vacancy is CW4 Bartley Johnson. TEMP Appointment MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard. Soldiers who accept a technician position may be terminated from the Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program (SLRP). Military membership in the Utah Army National Guard is required. Pending analysis, you may be required to complete a new 1-year probationary period when moved to this position IAW CNGBI 1400.25. Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance of the position. This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968. An individual convicted of a qualifying crime of domestic violence may not perform the duties of this position.
