Job Summary
Education
- Must have completed at least two years toward a four-year, undergraduate degree program with coursework in Design, Business, Communications, or related field with an anticipated graduation on or before May of 2028.
Work Experience
- No prior professional experience required. Previous internship or project work in design, design operations or process improvement is a plus.
Skills
- Engaging personal presence with proactive can-do attitude and ability to think broadly about what design, strategy, research, operations, and other teams need to perform at their best.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and simplicity.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and contribute to group initiatives.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills to support multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with the design process and the DesignOps field is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands
- General Office: Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in-person or via video with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn an hourly rate of $23 per hour. Compensation also includes a $2,000.00 Summer Internship Sign-on Bonus.
