Serve as a trusted POS SME for our broader Cloud Success organization, providing proactive and reactive Architecture, Solution Strategy, Thought Leadership, and Product expertise. •

Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, ranging from Technical and Business stakeholders to Executive Leadership, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in crucial conversations. •

Identify and evaluate capability gaps, recommending standard product enhancements or creative custom solutions to maximize customer success and adoption. •

Build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners, collaborating on initiatives that contribute to broader goals and growth.
