WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
As a Finance student, you will participate in the daily processes as well as the closing process at Oatly Accounting shared service E&I (Europe & Internationals) within the Global Accounts Payable Team. You will gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting principles within a supportive team environment.
We are looking for candidates with ongoing or completed studies in
Finance or Accounting
, which is a requirement for this role. Studies in
Tax Law
or
Information Systems
are also
highly valued
and considered a strong advantage.
As part of the team, your responsibilities will include Accounts Payable task such as
- Processing of invoices
- Assist with month end and quarter end closing activities.
- Contribute to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes.
- Participate in the preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of SOX documentation.
- Provide support with ad hoc closing and reporting tasks as needed

Besides being a good communicator and like numbers, you have an analytic, structured approach and willingness to learn. You are always looking for opportunities for improvement and can handle constant changes!

- The position is available immediately, and we're seeking someone who can commit to at least 40 hours per month, with most of the workload around the closing period.
- We're looking for a pre-graduate in their second or third year of studies. We envision a long-term commitment to the position.
