• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for every visitor.
• Welcome, engage and assist guests in a friendly, professional and approachable manner.
• Guide visitors through Guinness tasting and pouring experiences with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Deliver engaging orientations and host interactive visitor experiences.
• Act as a proud ambassador for Guinness and the Guinness Storehouse brand.
• Maintain high standards of beer quality, responsible alcohol service, health and safety, and operational excellence.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team committed to creating magical moments for every visitor.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your hospitality, public speaking and customer engagement skills in a world-renowned visitor attraction while working alongside a passionate and supportive team.

We'd love to work with you if you have:

• Previous experience delivering exceptional customer service in a hospitality, tourism or bar environment.
• Experience in public speaking, entertaining, presenting or performing.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with diverse audiences.
• Fluent English, with additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, German or Chinese considered an advantage.
• A positive, energetic and collaborative approach to work.
• The ability to build positive relationships and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
