Sr. Manager - Information Security 4D

Job Title: Sr. Manager - Product Security & Agentic AI Security Band: 4D Location: India Experience: 10+ Years Role Summary Genpact is seeking an experienced Product Security professional to support the secure development and deployment of Agentic AI and AI-powered solutions. The role will partner with product, engineering, cloud, and business teams to embed security throughout the development lifecycle and ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Drive security activities across the ADLC/SDLC for AI and enterprise applications.
• Conduct threat modeling, security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and design reviews.
• Lead and govern security testing activities including SAST, SCA, DAST, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.
• Review cloud deployments and implement security best practices across Azure/AWS/GCP environments.
• Define and enforce secure implementation standards, security guardrails, and remediation requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to drive security requirements to closure.
• Support security compliance initiatives including SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and related frameworks.
• Communicate security risks and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Application Security, Product Security, or Cloud Security.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Threat Modeling
• Secure SDLC/ADLC
• SAST, SCA, DAST
• Penetration Testing
• Security Architecture Reviews
• Cloud Security
• Good understanding of secure coding practices, OWASP, API security, IAM, and DevSecOps.
• Experience supporting compliance and audit requirements (SOC, ISO, NIST, etc.).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Experience securing GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM, RAG, or AI-enabled applications.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security, AWS Security.
• Experience working directly with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.
