Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Sr. AI Engineer
with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI solution development, and Python/scripting, along with a solid understanding of automation and data engineering concepts. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting AI-powered agents and copilots, translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions, and driving successful delivery across the PoC, Pilot, and Production lifecycle. This role requires close collaboration with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements, provide operational support, maintain AI solutions, and deliver high-quality business outcomes within agreed timelines.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and copilots using
Microsoft Copilot Studio
.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI and automation solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle from PoC to Pilot to Production.
- Provide
agent maintenance
, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support.
- Develop and maintain scripts and
basic data engineering workflows
to support AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution guides, and operational runbooks.
Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in AI, automation, analytics, or application development.
- Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Copilot Studio
development and deployment (mandatory).
- Experience building and supporting AI, conversational AI, or agent-based solutions.
- Strong scripting skills in Python or similar technologies.
- Working knowledge of data integration, APIs, and basic data engineering concepts.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
