Solution Architect (ServiceNow / Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform)

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise solutions leveraging ServiceNow and/or Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

• Conduct feasibility assessments and evaluate solution options to address business requirements and technology challenges.

• Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with business objectives, enterprise standards, and target operating models.

• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects, workstreams, and delivery teams.

• Review solution designs to ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and operational effectiveness.
