Summary
Essential Functions
- Provides the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle.
- Develops prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology.
- Applies modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch of new business capabilities.
- Leverage AI concepts to modernize integration points between upstream and downstream systems
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networks.
- 10+ years in working in Java and integrating with COBOL/Mainframe programming
- Experience in modernization efforts for Mainframe programming using AI
- Proven track record of leading junior level programmers including coaching and code review
