We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer to support and maintain enterprise security infrastructure, including Prisma Access, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), and Palo Alto Networks firewalls. The role focuses on incident handling, troubleshooting, configuration support, and operational excellence.\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities:\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n1. Incident Management & Troubleshooting\\\\r\\\\nHandle critical incidents and escalations.\\\\r\\\\nTroubleshoot:\\\\r\\\\nUser access issues (VPN, proxy, SASE platforms)\\\\r\\\\nApplication/website access issues\\\\r\\\\nDNS, latency, and connectivity problems\\\\r\\\\nAnalyze logs using:\\\\r\\\\nPanorama (Palo Alto)\\\\r\\\\nZscaler dashboards (ZIA/ZPA)\\\\r\\\\nPerform packet capture analysis (Wireshark/tcpdump)\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n2. SASE Platform Operations\\\\r\\\\nProvide operational support for:\\\\r\\\\nPrisma Access (Mobile Users, Remote Networks, Service Connections)\\\\r\\\\nZscaler (ZIA - Internet Access, ZPA - Private Access)\\\\r\\\\nTroubleshoot:\\\\r\\\\nGlobalProtect VPN issues\\\\r\\\\nZscaler Client Connector issues\\\\r\\\\nMonitor tunnel status (IPsec/GRE) and user traffic flow\\\\r\\\\nTunnel failures (IPsec/GRE)\\\\r\\\\nAuthentication and SSO issues\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n3. Firewall Administration\\\\r\\\\nConfigure and manage Palo Alto Networks NGFWs:\\\\r\\\\nSecurity policies\\\\r\\\\nNAT rules\\\\r\\\\nURL filtering policies\\\\r\\\\nSupport:\\\\r\\\\nApp-ID and User-ID based policies\\\\r\\\\nSSL Decryption troubleshooting\\\\r\\\\nMonitor firewall health and logs\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\nRequired Skills:\\\\r\\\\nHands-on experience with:\\\\r\\\\nPrisma Access\\\\r\\\\nZscaler (ZIA/ZPA )\\\\r\\\\nPalo Alto Networks firewalls\\\\r\\\\nStrong understanding of:\\\\r\\\\nTCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS\\\\r\\\\nVPN technologies (IPsec, SSL VPN)\\\\r\\\\nProxy concepts (PAC file, explicit proxy)\\\\r\\\\nExperience in:\\\\r\\\\nLog analysis\\\\r\\\\nPolicy-based troubleshooting\\\\r\\\\nUser access issue resolution

Troubleshoot: User access issues (VPN, proxy, SASE platforms) Application/website access issues DNS, latency, and connectivity problems Analyze logs using: Panorama (Palo Alto) Zscaler dashboards (ZIA/ZPA) Perform packet capture analysis (Wireshark/tcpdump) 2. SASE Platform Operations Provide operational support for: Prisma Access (Mobile Users, Remote Networks, Service Connections) Zscaler (ZIA - Internet Access, ZPA - Private Access) Troubleshoot: GlobalProtect VPN issues Zscaler Client Connector issues Monitor tunnel status (IPsec/GRE) and user traffic flow Tunnel failures (IPsec/GRE) Authentication and SSO issues 3.
