Shared Services Analyst

• Lead projects from concept through implementation, balancing stakeholder requirements and strategic objectives within quality, time, and budget constraints.
• Manage risks associated with project delivery.
• Gather and document project benefits (e.g., cost savings, process improvements) and the strategic importance of projects.
• Develop project schedules, manage project communications, secure funding, and allocate resources (internal and external).
• Coordinate subject matter and technical specialists to implement stakeholder requirements.
• Act as the single point of contact.
• Regularly report project status to program managers, senior management, and/or the sponsor and stakeholders.
• May manage relationships with external contractors, developers, and consultants at a tactical level.

Performs other duties as assigned.

• Technical skills, project management experience, and an understanding of the business issues related to ERPs, SaaS, finance, accounting, or related software implementations.

• Comfort in Ambiguity: staff-level roles often work on initiatives that are not yet fully defined; they must be self-starters capable of establishing a roadmap from scratch

• Resilience and Empathy: An understanding of the "human side of change" with the emotional intelligence to navigate organizational friction, listen actively, and advocate for the employee experience
