Services Technical Sales Representative (Brussels & Limburg)

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for your portfolio of customers.
• Identify, develop, and convert new service opportunities within existing accounts.
• Promote Schneider Electric's full range of service offerings, including maintenance, modernization, consulting, and digital services.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and act as their primary contact for service-related opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored service solutions.
• Drive recurring revenue growth through service contracts and digital services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating closely with operational and support teams.
• Manage your sales pipeline, forecasts, and account plans through Salesforce (BFO).
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Tendering teams, and Account Managers to maximize business opportunities.
• Monitor profitability and ensure opportunities meet business targets.
• Represent Schneider Electric at customer events, seminars, and trade shows when required.

What Are We Looking For?

Experience & Education

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience in technical sales, preferably within electrical infrastructure, industrial services, energy management, or automation.
• Experience selling service solutions, maintenance contracts, or lifecycle services is a strong asset.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Experience with consultative selling and business development.

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
