Senior Data Analytics & Python Developer
to support data-driven initiatives and mentor a development team. The candidate should possess strong expertise in
Data Analytics

Amazon Bedrock
, and
Python-based application development
, with hands-on experience in
Flask
and
Django
frameworks. The role requires both technical leadership and individual contributor capabilities to design, develop, and implement scalable analytics and AI-powered solutions.
Data Analytics & AI Leadership
- Design and implement advanced data analytics solutions to derive business insights and support decision-making.
- Leverage
Amazon Bedrock
and related AI/ML services to build and integrate Generative AI solutions.
- Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions for stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide team members on best practices in analytics, AI, and software development.
- Support architecture discussions, technical reviews, and solution recommendations.
Python Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Python-based applications and APIs.
- Build scalable web applications and backend services using
Flask
and
Django
frameworks.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and enterprise systems.
- Implement secure, maintainable, and high-performance code following coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and performance issues.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
Technical Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in
Python Development
.
- Strong expertise in
Flask
and
Django
frameworks.
- Experience with
Amazon Bedrock
and Generative AI solution development.
- Strong understanding of Data Analytics concepts, data modeling, and data transformation.
- Experience in developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent).
- Experience with Git-based version control systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
Leadership Skills
- Ability to mentor junior developers and analytics team members.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience leading technical discussions and providing architectural guidance.
