Your Role
What You Will Do
- Lead complex cross-domain infrastructure incidents spanning server/compute, network, storage, operating system and GPU platform dependencies, retaining end-to-end technical ownership through resolution.
- Perform deep RCA and performance investigations using telemetry, logs, Service Level Objective (SLO) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) data, capacity baselines and systematic fault isolation.
- Identify architectural defects, scaling limitations and recurring failure patterns, then define permanent corrective actions and engineering recommendations that improve resilience, performance and capacity.
- Review high-risk lifecycle changes, firmware upgrades and maintenance strategies, coordinating specialized technical experts and OEM engineering when required.
- Improve operational effectiveness through automation, Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) runbooks, decision trees, evidence standards and technical mentoring.
