• Sick Days: A sick day is provided by the employer for the case of an acute illness of an employee lasting for a short time or personal emergency. Every employee is entitled to a max. of 3 working days as "sick days" during a calendar year. Policy: Remuneration policy.
• Employee Assistance Program: All employees of DXC and their family members may use the services of company Magellan in the areas of professional coaching and consultations for business or personal issues.
• Flexible Working Hours: The company enables flexible working hours and the employee is allowed to set the start and the end of working hours by himself/herself, subject to an agreement with the manager and according to the habits of the department. The employee is obliged to work between 9.30 a.m. and 3,30 p.m. and fulfill contractual working hours in the calendar month.
• Multisport Card: Available for all employees. Payment for the card 1050 CZK monthly is deducted from the salary.
