The EDW PMO team drives strategic transformation initiatives and technology projects that enhance the end-user experience across the organization. We lead initiatives such as endpoint improvements, migrations, integrations, and new technology implementations, partnering with teams globally to deliver impactful business outcomes.
As a
Senior Project Manager
, you will lead complex technical projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies while ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and drive projects from planning through adoption, always keeping the end-user experience at the center of decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver technical projects and programs aligned with business priorities.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Foster collaboration across global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project status, impacts, and recommendations to leadership.
- Facilitate project governance and ensure adherence to delivery standards.
- Support change adoption and promote successful business outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
- Manage multiple priorities across global teams and time zones.
- Experience with risk management, problem solving, and project governance.
- A collaborative, inclusive, and customer-focused mindset.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams across multiple time zones.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent)
- Experience with end-user technology, infrastructure, network, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
