Position

Kueski is seeking a Senior Product Manager based in Guadalajara for Integrations to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our integrations roadmap across partner and vendor APIs, internal data pipelines, and platform connections. This role is ideal for a technically fluent, hands-on Product Manager who quickly understands complex systems, leverages data and AI to solve problems, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. As a key leader, you will drive integrations end-to-end, influence technical decisions, align Engineering, Data, and external partners, and independently move multiple initiatives from strategy to execution. Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Discovery

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision, and the drive to execute it, for Kueski's integrations and partner connectivity roadmap across different integration types, aligned with company goals.
  • Lead product discovery directly with partners, engineers, and internal stakeholders, pulling and analyzing data firsthand to validate integration problems and solutions.
  • Translate technical constraints and partner requirements into product strategies and roadmaps that drive measurable outcomes.

Integration Execution & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Engineering to define API contracts, data flows, and system scope, prioritize effectively, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage the full integration lifecycle: from partner onboarding and technical scoping through launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Balance new integration launches with the reliability, security, and scalability of existing connections.
  • Build alignment and momentum across Engineering, Legal, Risk, Operations, and external partners through direct, persistent communication.

Data, Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Query data directly and use AI tools to accelerate analysis, using SQL, Databricks, Looker, Amplitude, or similar tools, to track integration health, partner performance, and business impact without waiting on analysts.
  • Champion experimentation and a learning culture; test integration performance and share insights across the organization.

Mentorship & Product Practices

  • Mentor junior PMs or contribute to developing integration and product management practices and standards.

Position Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience defining and delivering end-to-end products, ideally including integrations, platform, or API-driven products.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable impact in fast-paced environments.

Expertise in product discovery, roadmap planning, and cross-functional execution across technical and partner stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; comfortable writing SQL or using tools like Databricks, Looker, Amplitude, or Mixpanel to pull and analyze data directly.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, system architecture, and integration patterns (webhooks, data pipelines, authentication), with the credibility to work hands-on with engineers and partners, and the ability to quickly get up to speed on how a new system or integration works.
  • Experience designing experiments and working directly with partner and platform teams to scope and validate integrations. Practical AI fluency: using AI to understand partner APIs and technical systems, accelerate analysis, and prototype ideas, while validating outputs and handling sensitive data appropriately.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical audiences, including external partners.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset: identifies opportunities and problems early, gets hands-on with the data and the systems, juggles multiple workstreams at once, and drives initiatives forward without waiting for direction.
