Job Summary
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced
Senior PeopleSoft Engineer
to design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for
PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions
. The ideal candidate will have expertise in
PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and PeopleSoft architecture
.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop PeopleSoft customizations using
PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Application Designer
.
- Build
Application Engine
, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker services, and File Layouts.
- Develop
SQR
, BI Publisher, and AWE workflows.
- Optimize SQL performance and support PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
- Collaborate with functional teams, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
- Maintain technical documentation and mentor junior developers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
- Strong experience with
PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker
.
- Hands-on experience with
SQR, BI Publisher
, and SQL.
- Knowledge of
PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions
.
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and AWE.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PeopleSoft certifications.
- Experience with
Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP
, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or Fluid UI.
- Familiarity with Oracle Database administration.
