Being an excellent business partner

you will work closely with Sourcing leaders and Merchants to create plans that contribute to the strategy including selecting suppliers to work with, through to assuring consistent quality for our customers. •

Building relationships

: you'll use your influencing and leadership skills to build partnerships with suppliers, business partners and other internal customers. •

Making decisions

: you'll make decisions about textiles quality from supplier approval to clear specifications that detail our requirements. •

Designing, developing, and launching products

: you'll work with our internal customers Product Development and Sourcing teams to ensure we source the right product with consistent quality. •

Knowing your category

You'll know your customers and suppliers better than anyone and are always thinking about what is next for the category.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters or Doctoral degree in textiles, engineering, science, or similar technical field. 8+ years experience in quality assurance, product development, manufacturing, or related area. Relevant professional certifications (e.g. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, Six Sigma, or similar) relevant to the Quality Assurance field. Expertise in Statistical Analyses or Data Visualization.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
