Major Deliverables
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Develop reusable frontend components and backend services to support enterprise application development.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Design, optimize, and support database solutions using SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Work with Python and Scala where required for application integrations and data processing.
- Develop solutions leveraging Snowflake and modern data engineering platforms.
- Build, deploy, and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and application support activities.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Ensure security, scalability, observability, and reliability best practices are followed.
- Support Agile development activities including sprint planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team members.
Required Qualification & Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of experience
in full-stack software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with
ReactJS, Java and Spring Boot
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Strong experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component-based development, and state management.
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, software design patterns, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with Git and modern version control practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Python and/or Scala.
- Exposure to Snowflake or other modern cloud data platforms.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building and supporting cloud-native applications.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience implementing authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth, JWT, SSO, or similar technologies.
- Prior experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.
