We are looking for Senior Data/Information Managers – Södertälje
We are looking for highly experienced Senior Data/Information Managers for an exciting assignment focused on transforming traditional Data Management into AI-ready Data Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Data Management transformation.
- Develop and implement Data Governance frameworks, standards, and ways of working.
- Drive Data Quality, Master Data Management (MDM), and Metadata Management.
- Develop and govern enterprise data models, information models, and business glossaries.
- Establish semantic models and context layers to support data reuse, analytics, and AI.
- Bridge the gap between strategic objectives and practical implementation.
- Collaborate with business, IT, architecture, data, and AI teams.
- Coach stakeholders and support organizational adoption of new practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 7 years of experience in Data Management, Information Management, or Data Governance.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting or leading enterprise-level Data Management transformation.
- Strong expertise in Data Governance, Data Quality, MDM, Metadata Management, and Information Architecture.
- Experience with enterprise data modelling, semantic modelling, taxonomies, ontologies, or business glossaries.
- Understanding of AI-ready data requirements and data needs for advanced analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to translate strategies and frameworks into practical implementation.
