Job Description The Candidate will be working with an international Client where all communication will be in English, therefore advance English is required for this role. Conduct a Budget estimate to support a feasibility study, using parametric cost analysis. Reviewing designs at various stages (Concept, SD, DD & IFC), and preparing quantity take-offs and develop a quantified BOQ Cost Breakdown
