You embed security into every architecture from day one, get hands-on when it matters and use AI deliberately to make solutions for our largest customers both faster and safer. Through our extended onboarding program (certification, training, knowledge transfer, hands-on experience, close work with other Technical and Program Architects), you will grow with the demands of our most strategic programs and deliver outstanding customer success.

Architect scalable data foundations using Salesforce Data 360, focusing on real-time ingestion, identity resolution, data harmonization and zero-copy integrations •

Define and execute the enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture roadmap across the Customer 360 platform (Sales, Service, Data, Security) •

Establish robust governance, trust layers and architectural guardrails for Salesforce Agentforce / AIForce (Agent Orchestration, Trusted Agent Governance, Prompt Engineering, Trust Boundary Management) •

Design end-to-end security architectures (Identity & Access Management, Encryption, Shield, Event Monitoring, Data Privacy/GDPR) to mitigate risks in complex multi-org landscapes •

Define and enforce secure API integration patterns across the Salesforce ecosystem, including JWT Bearer Flow, External Client Apps (and migration from legacy Connected Apps), OAuth scopes, certificate-based authentication and named credentials, to ensure secure and auditable system-to-system access •

Act as lead architect by coordinating and aligning the work of multiple architects; guide the evaluation of business and technical requirements and review project vision, implementation approach and key artefacts •

Align with project and engagement managers to support planning and implementation in agile delivery cycles, in close collaboration with the customer; direct early solution evaluation, including proactive issue management and effective engagement with executives, the account team, engineering and product management •

Mentor diverse teams - customers, partners and colleagues - in technical delivery as well as in communication strategies and executive influence •

Identify, lead or contribute to pivotal internal initiatives such as innovations and building a strategic brand •

Proven track record as a Principal/Program Architect, Enterprise Architect or Technical Architect in complex Salesforce ecosystems •

Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Enterprise Security, Data Protection (Shield, Event Monitoring), Governance and security posture assessments •

Hands-on expertise architecting solutions around Data 360 and Agentforce / AIForce Harnessing (Trust Layer controls) •

Deep mastery of core technical foundations (Apex, LWC, event-driven architectures, SSO/OAuth, APIs / API Management, CI/CD, MCP & A2A), including coding experience in object-oriented languages •

Strong familiarity with the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework and its patterns, applying them to ensure trusted, adaptable and future-fit architecture decisions •

Practical experience designing multi-agent orchestration patterns and running autonomous agents safely at enterprise scale, with trust boundaries, permissions and auditability in place •

You lead with empathy and consistently act in line with Salesforce's core values (Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, Equality) with customers and colleagues alike •

A hands-on approach with a clear sense of enterprise architecture - comfortable moving between strategic design and the details when needed. An AI-first mindset with genuine curiosity to learn new technologies and actively drive transformations, not just oversee them •

Relevant Salesforce certifications or a demonstrated willingness to acquire relevant certifications in the near term

Relevant equivalent experience as an Enterprise Architect within the Salesforce environment

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

advanced architectural credentials (System / Application Architect) •

Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI or Google Gemini, etc. and with AI-assisted developer tooling such as VSCode (and comparable AI coding/agent environments) •

Experience with MuleSoft / API-led connectivity, Tableau/Analytics and Informatica as components of the Enterprise AI Harness; detailed understanding of web services, data modeling and enterprise application integration patterns (ESB and/or ETL tools) •

Experience across the Customer 360 platform (Sales, Service, Data 360, Agentforce), multi-SI and large transformation programs, in building Centers of Excellence (CoE) and with Scrum / Agile methodology and cross-functional, virtual teams •

Bachelor's / Master's degree (Computer Science or related field) or equivalent practical experience •
