The Senior Analyst ensures timely resolution of complex cross-functional employee data issues involving managers, HR Partners, and offshore Shared Services teams. The role manages government and state audits, including execution, analysis, submission, and coordination with legal teams. This position collaborates with Equifax to ensure compliance and business requirements for I9 management and offboarding processes are fulfilled. This role helps to manage compliance analytics and reporting,

Experience in vendor management to execute day-to-day services and support. Understanding of I9 management. Strong understanding of compliance audits and analytics Previous experience in Workday system preferred. Knowledge of Case Management tool ServiceNow/Workday Help is an added advantage. Proficient/Advanced Knowledge on MS Office Suite skills like Word, Excel, Outlook. Preparing excel pivot table, Vlook Up, and analytical dashboards is an added advantage. Bachelor's/master's degree preferred 3-4 years of experience in HR or client services role is preferred
