About the role
About the business This is a 350-person consultancy, and the people who work there own it. They started 30 years ago and now have eight offices across Australia. The work is serious: Defence facilities in five states, and $3bn hospital builds. But ask anyone inside what makes it different, and they'll talk about the people. The acoustics lead knows every mechanical engineer in every office by name
