Scrum Master – Job Description
Experience - 8+ years.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective.
- Manage team delivery, dependencies, risks, impediments, and blockers.
- Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.
- Ensure Agile practices are followed and drive continuous improvement.
- Track sprint progress, delivery commitments, and Agile metrics.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of
SDLC and software application architecture
.
- Understanding of
.NET framework concepts and application structure
.
Exposure and understanding to React applications and Micro Frontend architecture
- Awareness and understanding of
design patterns
- Understanding of
cloud frameworks, cloud concepts, and cloud-based applications, with focus on Azure and GCP
- Basic understanding of
CI/CD, source control, build, testing, and deployment
.
- Understanding of
DEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments
.
- Familiarity with
Jira, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker and similar tools
.
