We're growing and looking for a part-time
Sales Specialist
to join our team.
We need a cheerful person who knows the stages of sales and knows how to genuinely help clients find the right solution - and feel good about their decision.

Your Role requires to
- Contact parents via phone and Whatsapp and guide them
from initial inquiry through to a successful demo lesson.
- Speak with parents
after
the trial lesson and convince them to buy the course.
- Handle client requests, questions, and individual requirements.
- Manage customer interactions and transactions in AmoCRM in accordance with company procedures.
- Attend team meetings, manager reviews, and training sessions.
- Address customer objections and provide professional consultation to help clients select the most suitable educational plan.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to support customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Native-level Polish
(because you`ll work with polish clients)
Basic English
(for internal communication with the team as it`s international)
Tech-savvy: quick with tools like Google Workspace, CRM, chat platforms
Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented
Great at multitasking, reliable and organized
Team player with initiative, optimism, and a service mindset
Part-time position
(working hours and weekends are coordinated individually, weekends can be working days)
Fully remote role in a supportive, mission-driven team
