[RPG] Project Coordinator / Scrum Master
Project – the aim you’ll have
Position – how you’ll contribute
- Leading and coaching Scrum teams to enable them to self-organize to achieve their sprint goals.
- Show the value delivered by the teams and by your own role
- Improve not just team-level work, but the wider process - with the PO, business, and other dev/QA teams
- Adapt your approach pragmatically instead of following Scrum by the book
- Coordinate the team's day-to-day work, switching roles as needed - coach, SM, or problem-solver
- Facilitating communication and Scrum team ceremonies
Expectations – the experience you need
- +3 years of commercial experience in the Agile way of working
- Understanding that "Scrum Master" is just a title, and readiness to act as a hands-on work coordinator who switches hats and adapts flexibly to whatever challenge arises
- Proven track record of demonstrating and communicating the value delivered by both development teams and the Scrum Master role itself
- Experience in driving improvements beyond a single team's boundaries - across the wider process involving the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and other development and QA teams
- Ability to think independently and pragmatically rather than rigidly following the Scrum Guide by the book
- Hands-on experience engaging with CTOs, Heads of Development, and Team Leaders - presenting and advocating for solutions, driving change, and delivering root cause analysis
- Ability to say no and keep workloads under control
