- Answer customer questions about cruise options and reservations
- Help customers book cruises and provide recommendations
- Explain billing processes and payment options
- Process requests for information materials and transfer calls when needed

Requirements Minimum Requirements • Windows desktop or laptop computer

- Successful completion of a computer compatibility check and online assessment
