What to expect

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care while serving as an advocate for both patients and families.
Expand your clinical expertise by caring for a diverse patient population across multiple specialties and units.
Perform comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments to guide individualized patient care.
Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans that promote exceptional outcomes and patient-centered care.
Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring patient progress and responding to changing needs.
Educate patients and families to support recovery, wellness, and successful transitions of care.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and fellow caregivers to deliver coordinated care.
Communicate patient status and care plans effectively through both verbal handoffs and clinical documentation.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Utilize clinical equipment and technology safely and effectively to support patient care.

Qualifications:

You currently hold an Idaho or multistate RN license. If you hold a multistate license, you are required to obtain your Idaho license within 60 days.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.
You are willing to obtain an RN license in the state of Oregon within 90 days of start date.
You have your Basic Life Support (BLS)
You are willing to obtain your Advance Cardiovascular Life Support for HealthCare Provider (ACLS) certification and NRP within 6 months of hire
You are willing to obtain PALS, STABLE and NCC-EFM certifications within one year of hire date
