Regional Alliance Manager (Remote, AUT)

• Develop a business plan outlining how target revenues and objectives for the year will be achieved.
• Proactively maintain ongoing knowledge of industry, territory, existing and target channel partner accounts, & competitive landscape.
• Coordinate with Channel Solution Architects technical enablement for relevant partners.
• Develop a technical enablement strategy that supports the channel sales strategy for the territory.
• Support/facilitate engagement of our internal sales and technical teams with partners' sales and technical teams.
• Strategize/coordinate with field marketing on design and execution of marketing programs/events/campaigns to create interest and awareness among partners' customers.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies/objectives, value proposition and competition.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

What You'll Need:

• 7+ years of channel sales experience within a B2B software/SaaS environment, demonstrating a consistent and proven history of exceeding quota targets
• Background in the information security industry is highly desirable, along with strong technical proficiency across a wide range of security and networking technologies
• Strategic mindset with a proactive, hunter-driven approach - adept at hands-on problem solving, generating innovative ideas, and taking initiative to drive results
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing new partner relationships, paired with established connections and influence among key decision makers across the Channel ecosystem
• Skilled at engaging and building rapport with stakeholders at all levels, from individual sales representatives through to C-suite executives
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Languages Austrian and English Fluent, additional languages a plus.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
